​

- renovation of existing school building (classrooms, offices, common spaces, restrooms, play yard)

- 2-story addition adjacent to Grace Cathedral; steel structure with aluminum and glass curtain wall

- 8 month construction duration, phased to avoid interruption to academic calendar

​

2018-20: San Francisco, California

​

- conversion of 5-story data center to Class A office use

- new storefront, lobby, and building amenity spaces

- new mechanical, electrical, and fire-protection systems; new gas meter and piping

- major structural alterations: new openings made in existing concrete shear walls, reinforced with carbon fiber wrap

2020-21: Mountain View, California

​

- 100-unit (1 ac.) interim supportive housing facility for formerly homeless individuals

- all structures prefabricated off-site; 6 month construction duration

- winner, 2022 Urban Land Institute Americas Awards for Excellence

- 240-unit (2.5 ac.) interim supportive housing facility for formerly homeless individuals

- all sleeping units and offices prefabricated off-site; 13 month construction duration

- winner, 2023 ENRCalifornia Awards of Merit: Government/Public Building and Sustainability

​

2020-22: San Francisco, California

​

- combination of adjacent industrial buildings to create a showroom for high-design furniture retailer Blu Dot

- new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems

- major structural alterations: removal of extraneous seismic bracing, new floor slabs
